ALI JAVAHERI, Tehran based celebrity chef & author of two ground breaking cookery books "Elaborate Cooking Uncovered" & "Cooking Fish With Ali", is currently writing a new vegetarian cookbook called "The Ethics Of Cooking Vegetables With Ali" as well as hosting cookery demonstrations at the Food & Drink Festivals around the country.
